LEPHALALE

Learners must be in the age group of the Grade they are applying for. 

The school gives preference to learners that live within the school’s locality area, but the SGB is allowed to take learners from surrounding areas.

Learners must know the school rules and abide by them.

The school is a Quintile 4 school and a fee-paying school. Parents/guardians must commit to paying the determined school fees or at least to follow the correct protocol in applying for subsidies. 

The SGB has the right to deny admission, should the specific grade’s classes already be to full capacity.

Grade R: Learners must be enrolled for Grade R in the beginning of the year they turn six years old. 

Grade 1: Learners must be enrolled for Grade 1 in the beginning of the year they turn seven years old. Learners must have previous Early Childhood Education (Grade R) to ensure school readiness.

Parents will sign a form agreeing to the payment of school fees.

Prospective Grade 1 parents must apply during October of the previous year with an original entry form.

​If a learner wants to leave the school, a handwritten request for his/her transfer papers must be submitted. The register teacher must be notified, and arrangements be made with regards to handing in all textbooks. Any outstanding school fees must be paid in full before the transfer will be accepted.
